About Our Designer When my daughter, Olivia, first became interested in beading and wirework, I watched her with interest and was immediately drawn to the craft. During  our
frequent vacations to California, we explored our favorite bead shops and studied the Southwest designs that are so popular there. What started as a vacation activity with my daughter became a passion, and with encouragement from friends and family, "Stone and Sterling" was conceived.
Olivia and I create our pieces with semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, shells, crystals, and sterling silver beads and components. We use 49 strand professional jewelry wire, soft Greek leather or silk cording, and sterling silver chain. Where chain is incorporated, it is selected based on its shape, weight, and finish to add to the overall balance of the design, as are all components. We pride ourselves in creating an eclectic mix of styles that appeals to a variety of tastes. All our jewelry is original and handmade with great attention to quality and detail.
